Our unique approach to ensure all of our customers are kept well informed of the progress of their orders we have developed a secure method of issuing a live open order report. This allows the customer instant access to the progress report so they can see what stage each order is at and what the expected delivery date is, if it is ahead of schedule. This is a very useful reporting method; however, it isn’t a substitute for the normal high standard of communication we pride ourselves on it just allows our customers the flexibility to have quick secure access to their open order report at any time they choose to do so.
